The 'Start Your Search' (top of page) and 'New Client Questionnaire' (bottom of page) are two options that allow you to input basic information about yourself and the type of property you're looking to move into, whether it's a condo, a luxury home, or a high rise. With the help of Metro Locators and their rental services, finding your ideal new home becomes easier.

2. Phone Call and Engagement Form

Our process begins with a detailed consultation focused on your rental needs, whether you're interested in luxury homes, condos, or high rises. We will discuss your preferences, including: Budget: Your comfortable monthly rent range. Location: Preferred neighborhoods, commuting needs, and proximity to key areas. Apartment Features: Desired number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, and specific amenities (e.g., in-unit laundry, gym, parking). Timeline: Your target move-in date. This conversation allows me to create a customized search strategy tailored to your specific requirements, utilizing our expert rental services. Following our call, you'll receive a Client Engagement Form. Completing this form will authorize us to act on your behalf, allowing us to manage tasks like scheduling property tours and communicating with leasing offices, streamlining the entire process for you.
